In the “old world” of coaching there was an assumption that the leader knew what to do and how to do it, and could therefore coach others to be effective. In tomorrow’s world this assumption may
well be invalid.

This workshop will focus on how to be an effective coach without being a technical expert. We will look at how to develop yourself, coach others for measurable behavior change and learn a new technique for team building that is fast and effective.
